Sterling SilverTurquoise Wart Hog Tusk Cigar Cutter German 800 Marked

This is beautiful and somewhat rare piece. It’s a wart hog cigar cutter that has a beautiful wrap of sterling silver and turquoise. The piece is stunning and in very good shape. The cutter itself is marked but we couldn’t figure out the makers mark. It’s also stamped 800 on the top part of the silver wrap below the cutter..
The piece is APPROXIMATELY 7 1/4 “ long from the cutter to the tip of the tusk.
The silver wrap is roughly 3 1/2” long and and the widest part of the tusk it’s roughly 1 1/4” at the widest part.
There are two holes on the tusk. One is open the other was sealed closed. We think the holes were made for a rope or some type of string to maybe carry it or hang it..We are not a 100% sure .
