Shipping:
All items are shipped in a timely fashion (1-2 business days). Please provide a correct shipping address, and for ground shipments please provide a telephone number as most ground shipments are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Items that are damaged in transit are NOT the responsibility of the seller. I will file a claim with the shipper for items damaged in transit only if optional insurance is purchased. There will be NO refund from the seller for items damaged in transit.
Returns:
All items are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated. In the rare instance an incorrect item is shipped, a refund will be granted upon return. If there is a significant cause for return, notify me within 3 days of receiving the item. I do not refund any shipping costs, and please note there is a restocking free of up to 20% on items returned.
