Info of my Items are there as well.
The Answer for scaffold workers is here. These Wrenches are made of Cr-V, very strong and durable. They have a bent podger with a shaved tooth on the end which makes them outstanding to work with the patented -  Safeway scaffold system, as well as other systems. The socket is opened threw for situations where the threaded rod is longer than your deep socket can handle. It works to the size of US 7/8inch knuckles or clamps, b-clamps or military clamps on one side and US 3/4inch on the other side. Its awesomely light weight compared to the Snap-on scaffold wrench and any make shift ratchet and deep socket combo. So here is the answer you needed for working with scaffold systems.
Take a look at the new pictures.
    Q&A:
    Why the bent podger w/tooth?
The Safeway Scaffold System has a locking tab on the horizontals (Spreaders) and other items, you need to get under the tab to push the pin up before you can pop the lock tab out to then remove the item. Well this bent and toothed set-up has been used out in Europe and they modified what we here in the US call a "Gonzo" wrench. It does it all in one motion.
Well I can just use a hammer?
True but the hammer isn't the easiest hold when trying to pop the tab and I've seen them fall out of guy/gals grips time and time again. Plus if you have a pin that's a bit worn, you can't really get in there to play with the pin to push it up because the hammer claw is to big.
I can use my Linemen's pliers?
Ye, that will get you closer to the tab & pin to see where the issue is but its to wide for use when you need to play with the pin. Also you just ruined a pair of perfectly good linemen's. You'll just destroy the teeth.
Is it 19mm and 22mm or 3/4 and 7/8 inches?
This site will answer the question. What it will tell you is 19mm = 3/4 inches and 22mm = 55/64 inches. So my answer to that is  yes to 19mm and a split hair for 22mm.
    http://www.metric-conversions.org/length/millimeters-to-inches.htm
So I've used my ratchet on quite a few jobs and it's work to those measurements just fine on every 7/8 nut I put it to.
Why a 6 point vs. 12 point socket?
Since scaffold Clamps/Knuckles/Bolts come in Metric & US standard, it has always been an issue having a 6 point socket fit both. The resolution is the 12 point. A 12point socket holds just as well at a 6 point socket but, gives you just that wiggle room needed for those off size scenarios. Also great when your dealing with stripped clamps/knuckles/bolts.
So why is "theRatchet"any different then other ratchet?
Well friends I had this wrench made out of high strength steel combinations. Its made of Cr-V.
Chromium-vanadium steel (Cr-V): refers to steel alloys incorporating carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulphur, silicon, chromium, and vanadium. Some forms can be used as high speed steel. Chromium and vanadium both make the steel harder. Chromium also helps resist abrasion, oxidation, and corrosion.
Alloy Steel by it self isn't really made to endure the punishment that us scaffold workers unleash. It needs additives to make them last and resist the beatings we put on them.....See what I've found is that a lot of the tools out there are built with just alloy steel because its cheaper and they can profit big time off of us hard workers. Not this one.
Wrenches are made to take up to 60 lbs. of Torque. All scaffolding bolts require 45 lbs. of Torque. Excessive force can start to damage tool.
Don't hold off!!!!  This is a Hot item for scaffold workers all over. Orders are even being repeated by some, for their friends or co-workers... I'm the only person that's been able to get them shipped to the US and I don't only sell them on E-bay. Get them now while you can!!!!
