I have for sale an American Flyer S-gauge model 636 depressed center flat car, labeled Erie 7210, with a custom mounted and rarely seen Anaconda (Copper Mining Company) cable reel, Skyline part R-116. This cable reel substitutes for the normal American Flyer cable reel which has 636 printed on it. I recently acquired 2 of these Anaconda cable reels and had 2 reserve 636 cars on hand, so I decided to mate them. One car for me and one car for you. I still have the 2 American Flyer cable reels, not the rarer versions.
    Details ...
o Car is die-cast metal with 3-axle link coupler trucks, and all steps are present.
o Wheels and axles are clean and defect-free.
o The 3-axle trucks have been adjusted to sit square on the rails and the links move freely.
o The original tie-down wires were steel, bent, and rusty. I replaced them with coated copper wire (magnet wire), which seems appropriate for a load of copper. Would have used thin stainless wire if I'd had any.
o The labels on the reel's sides were offset, so I mounted the reel such the appearance is the same on each side of the car.
o The reel is mounted upside-down because there was defect in the cables on what would have been the top side, so now it's on the bottom with the screw mounting.
o Hand brake wheels were missing so I replaced them with fancified wheels and stainless steel posts.
o This cable reel is old and the black printed paper label is a bit wrinkled and had cracks which allowed the white paper to show through. Touched up that with a fine-point black Sharpie.
Shipping estimate of is based on Knoxville-to-Seattle. I will refund any excess shipping charge, rounded down to whole dollars.
