You are looking at an American Flyer 625 Shell tank car.  This one is the 1946 orange version with link couplers. It is one of the rarest Flyer cars ever.
The 1946 plastic was so thin that it often warps on these freight cars. This one has the middle warp, but it is not as bad as most.
This is the version with capacity 80000 line as well (versus 8000 on others). There are actually four different versions of this one car--be sure you have them all!

we have the 4605 set listed separately with the black tank car right now. We have listed this car separate from the set due to popular demand from our customers.
CONDITION:
Nicer than most. Does have the usual '46 warp, but it is not as bad as most. Handrails and ladder are clean. Base is clean as are journals, trucks and couplers. Graphics are mostly good with just a few areas of rubbing. The underline under the roadnumber does not go all the way to under the last number
on either side
, probably a factory matter. Mostly really clean as you can see with just a few stray marks. Box is here with some wear and soft flaps. Clear tape is on one end. Stamping is legible.
