UNCATALOGUED 1952 REEFER
You are looking at a vintage American Flyer refrigerator car with link couplers, produced in 1952.  This car is the red-painted version.  As you can see, the paint is quite thick, and the patina is shiny.  There are no breaks, cracks , or warps.  Please enlarge all of the pictures to see everything.
THIS is the PAINTED version of the car. The 642 was usually released as a boxcar, but in 1952 Flyer released some as refrigerator cars, and they were uncatalogued as reefers.
The printing on the car is good.  Be sure to enlarge the pictures to see everything as up close and personal as you can.
CONDITION:
C7. Nice strong glossy red paint. If you look close, on one side, under the paint there are some small round mold imperfections, but they are small. These are not on the other side. The car is clean and complete. Good catwalks. A few small minor paint nicks showing the original plastic underneath. With an age-appropriate reproduction box.
